Dr. Christopher Acquisto was born and grew up in the Buffalo area and attended SUNY at Buffalo for his undergraduate degree. He worked in the insurance industry for a number of years before deciding to become a chiropractor. Dr. Acquisto is a 2000 Cum Laude graduate of New York Chiropractic College where he was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. He has been involved in the profession since graduating. After graduation, Dr. Acquisto worked part time at the New York Chiropractic College clinic as a Graduate Associate while starting his private practice. After a year, he left the College to dedicate his time to the practice. Dr. Acquisto has been involved in the New York State Chiropractic Association (NYSCA), holding a number of positions. He has held the position of NYSCA District 17, President, Vice President and District Representative. He has also served on the NYSCA Board of Directors for 2 terms. Dr. Acquisto has also served in the New York Guard as a Chiropractor and earned the rank of Captain.

Growing up, Dr. Acquisto was involved in competitive sports, including baseball and wrestling and comes from a musical family where he plays the trumpet. He now enjoys spending time with his family in their competitive sports and craft activities. Dr. Acquisto enjoys working with patients, using various chiropractic techniques and therapies to provide the best outcomes for each patient. He is also GRASTON Technique Trained. Each patient is different and he tries to tailor a treatment plan to best fit each patient.
